Located approximately 15 miles west of Wheeling, West Virginia, on I-70, Belmont Technical College draws students from six Ohio and five West Virginia counties.
Classes are also offered at North Center, Cadiz, Ohio (Harrison County) and at the Swiss Hills Career Center (Monroe County).
Enrollment Information: In the Fall of 2007, a total of 1,742 students enrolled. All students commute to campus. The average class size is 21.
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. -12 p.m.

Special Services: To assist students seeking advanced placement, the college offers institutional testing. Formal handicapped support services are available for learning disabled and handicapped students. Limited support services are available for international students.
Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) Requirements: Academic placement testing, special application form, signed statement of parent/student participation in high school PSEO counseling, admission counseling or advising of PSEO candidates by college personnel, current high school transcript, and GPA of 3.25. All PSEO students must pass all sections of the ninth grade proficiency exams.
