Lima Rotary Club Higher Education Scholarships The Rotary scholarships are available to residents in Allen County who are attending a postsecondary institution in Allen County. Individuals can apply four times a year for this scholarships and recipients are awarded $750. Applications available at the College Access Program Office at the Chamber of Commerce and at the College Access Resource Centers.
