The Holmes County College Access Program is located at 114 N. Clay Street (St. Rt. 83 N) in Millersburg. It is in the second floor of the historic Cary House at the corner of N. Clay and Clinton Streets.

The HCEF is the fiscal agent of the Holmes County College Access Program and also administers a large number of local scholarships. Check their web site for more scholarship information.
