WHAT IS ACCESS?

ACCESS Ashtabula County offers FREE financial aid and scholarship advising services for attaining education and training beyond high school.

WHO CAN USE ACCESS?

All citizens of Ashtabula County.

HOW MUCH DOES ACCESS COST?

It's FREE!!! 

WHERE IS ACCESS LOCATED?

Services are available to students at all nine high schools and at the ACCESS Resource Centers (located in all Ashtabula County Libraries).

WHAT IS A RESOURCE CENTER?

A place where students and parents can have access to computers for college and scholarship searches, electronically file FAFSA forms, browse college information materials, and meet with an advisor.  

WHERE IS THE NEAREST RESOURCE CENTER?

The following libraries are ACCESS Resource Centers:

Andover Public Library, Ashtabula County District Library, Conneaut Public Library, Geneva Public Library, Grand Valley Public Library, Harbor-Topky Memorial Library, Henderson Memorial Public Library, Kingsville Public Library, and Rock Creek Public Library.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

Appointments can be scheduled by contacting the ACCESS Office at 440-992-2332 or by email at collegeaccess@suite224.net.  Advisors are in your area and can meet with you.
