We serve any Holmes county residents, students, parents, or adult learners, that need more information about the college process, careers, financial aid, or scholarships. All services are FREE! What can we do for you? Program Advisor Ann Gastier begins as the College Access Advisor on August 6, 2008. She is excited to meet students and adults of Holmes County and help them with their pursuit of higher education. Endorsement The Holmes County College Access Program is endorsed by and works with The Holmes County Education Foundation which is also located in the Cary House. The HCEF is a great resource for scholarships for Holmes County residents. Our Vision Our Vision is to encourage all Holmes County individuals to meet their highest potential as life-long learners and view further education as necessary and attainable.
