We are currently located in the historic Cary House at the corner of North Clay (St Rt 83) and Clinton Streets. Contact the office for an appointment at your convenience! We serve any Holmes county residents, students, parents, or adult learners, that need more information about the college process, careers, financial aid, or scholarships. All services are FREE! What can we do for you? Program Coordinator Amy Cline is the Program Coordinator of the Holmes County College Access Program. She has sixteen years of experience in education with a Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Education and a Master's Degree in School Counseling. She is excited to help students and adults of Holmes County with their pursuit of higher education. Endorsement The Holmes County College Access Program is endorsed by and works with The Holmes County Education Foundation which is also located in the Cary House. HCEF is a good resource for scholarships for Holmes County residents. Our Vision Our Vision is to encourage all Holmes County individuals to meet their highest potential as life-long learners and view further education as necessary and attainable.
